About Safe in Tees Valley

Safe in Tees Valley (SITV) is an independent community safety partnership supporting partnership approaches to tackling crime, anti-social and safety issues in the North East.

Established in 1996, we benefit from charitable status and retain our independence through income generated by the provision of a range of community safety related services.

There are many sides to SITV and our partners tend to be aware of one aspect rather than ‘a sum of the parts’. Hopefully the website will go some way to providing a clear overview.
