Conflict Management

As a City and Guilds approved centre we offer the C&G Conflict Management 1884 qualification. This is a 10 hour accredited course, which will develop understanding and skills to manage conflict within the workplace environment.

It deals with

• Assessing and reducing risk of violence in the workplace
• Identifying behaviour that indicates an escalation toward violence and take appropriate measures
• Post incident support, reporting and accounting for your actions

The course includes a pre-learning guide, classroom and scenario based learning and assessment is by a 40 question multiple choice paper which is externally marked by City and Guilds.
