Erimus Housing and Safe in Tees Valleys’ Learn & Let Live programme is delivered in partnership with a range of local services.  Learn & Let Live provides a programme for you if you are aged 16-24 and ready to move into Independent living it enables you to gain the skills you require to take that first big step.  You can  gain access to information, advice & guidance and the opportunity to attend a 12 week accredited courses with additional one to one support/ signposting and referral to services and support to secure your property.

• Budgeting and shopping on a budget
• Cooking and healthy eating
• Anti Social Behaviour awareness & effects on your tenancy
• Home safety
• DIY skills
• Crime prevention and personal safety
• Basic first aid
• Substance misuse awareness
• Environmental living/ Recycling/ Energy saving
• Interview skills / CV building / Work place safety
• Celebration and award event
