Job title: Community Space Challenge Worker

 

Salary:	£18,013.37 - £22,516.71
Location:	As directed within Tees Valley
Hours of work:	37 hours Mon – Sun around the needs of the contract
Closing Date:	Monday 10th September 2012, 12 noon

Job Purpose

Community Space Challenge funded by The Big Lottery Fund will deliver a social enterprise venture maintaining the regenerated sea front in the coastal area.

In partnership with Redcar & Cleveland council and working alongside local young people employed as apprentices on the project the role will consist of maintenance to street and hard landscape, chewing gum removal maintain canopies and shelters, water features, seating and benches handrails art work, graffiti removal and maintenance of the beach.
