Job PurposeAre you interested in being part of a flagship Big Society initiative this summer to support young people from all backgrounds to work together, take on new challenges and make a difference? If so we are looking for people experienced in working with a diverse range of young people to apply for team leader and Mentor posts with National Citizen Service (NCS) working with 16year olds. NCS is a personal and social development programme to help participants become socially active young adults that will be delivered between July and October 2012. Applicants must be available to deliver the whole programme which includes two 5 day away from home residentials.
