Over 100 representatives of community safety, criminal justice and voluntary sector organisations gathered on Teesside to hear Sara Payne explain her ambitions to improve care for victims and witnesses. 'I'm calling for justice to be redefined' she said ' traditionally the justice system has been focused on offenders - in catching them and protecting the public from them.
