SITV has developed a range of management services to meet the specific needs of partnerships and partnership organisations. These include :-

Staff Recruitment

The majority of projects require staff to be recruited by partner organisations for short-term contract work. SITV will recruit the specialist staff required and employ them, with the responsibilities which that entails, and then second them to the partner organisation for the day-today allocation of work and supervision.

Criminal Record Bureau Checks

SITV is one of the few independent 'umbrella' organisations operating in the North East that can undertake Criminal Record Bureau vetting of staff.

Human Resources

The introduction of increasingly complex employment law has created a minefield for smaller organisations which have no dedicated HR specialist. SITV has developed training packages aimed principally at helping small and medium sized voluntary organisations introduce policies to prevent, or manage disputes. The service includes regular reviews to update policies if required.
