Terms and Conditions
- Payment for all course are required within 30
days of the date of invoice.
- Confirmation of your booking will be sent by
email or post once we receive a completed training agreement form.
- Fees are inclusive of registration with the
awarding body.
- Cancellation or transfers are required in
writing.
- Where Safe in Tees Valley Ltd; provide a bespoke
course to a client, it may be re-scheduled by the client if at least
15 working days notice is given in writing.
- Cancellation made within 7 days of the course
date will be charged 50% +VAT of the total cost of the course and
100% + VAT if cancelled within 24 hours of the course date.
- Notification required in writing can be sent by
post, fax or email.
- If a delegate is unable to attend a course,
we would ask you to notify us as soon as possible in writing. A
substitute delegate is always welcome.
- In the rare event that Safe in Tees Valley has
to cancel a training course. As much notice as possible will be given
and where possible the client will be offered an alternative date or
a full refund.
- Safe in Tees Valley Ltd reserves the right to
cancel or reschedule a course due to insufficient delegates.
- Safe in Tees Valley Ltd accepts no liability,
other than that which cannot be excluded by law, for personal injury
or to property incurred as a result of training being delivered on
the client’s premises.
- Safe in Tees Valley accepts no responsibility for
any system failure of equipment and software used for on site training
and belonging to the client.
- Safe in Tees Valley Ltd accepts no responsibility
for travel and or accommodation arrangements of any course delegate.
